Using the site
TwisterSpin is a free tool for calling random moves in games, exercise and classroom activities. You may use it for personal, family, classroom and event purposes. There is nothing to buy and no account to create.
Physical activity and safety
Twister, yoga, workouts and movement breaks involve physical activity, and physical activity carries a risk of injury. You are responsible for deciding whether an activity is safe for you and for anyone playing with you.
- Play on soft, clear, non-slip surfaces, away from furniture and hard edges.
- Supervise children at all times, and don't let small children play with much larger players.
- Stop if anything hurts or feels unsafe. Don't force a pose or stretch to stay in a game.
- Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition or are recovering from an injury.
The yoga, workout and classroom wheels are suggestions, not instruction, medical advice or a fitness program.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the site will always be available, error-free or work on every device, or that features such as voices, keeping the screen awake or offline use will work in your browser.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, TwisterSpin and the people who run it are not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from any activity you do while using it, including indirect, incidental or consequential damages. If any liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- try to break, overload or interfere with the site or the services it relies on,

- use custom wheels or share links to spread content that is illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit.
Shared wheels
Custom wheels are created by users and shared through links that contain the wheel's contents. We don't review or store them. Whoever creates and shares a wheel is responsible for what is on it. If you receive a link with content you find offensive, you can close it, and nothing is saved to the site.

Twister is a registered trademark of Hasbro, Inc. TwisterSpin.com is an independent site and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Hasbro. We use the name only to describe what the spinner is for. Other product names belong to their owners.

Changes
